ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• The unit consists of a packed column with rasching rings. Two necked round bottom borosilicate glass flask with a heating metal is used as a reboiler. The vapor stream flows up the column & is condensed in the condenser. The flow rate of cooling water can be measured through Rota meter & that of the reflux by the Rota meter. The temperature of various streams can be measured.
