  5) Exhaust gas calorimeter: - Water cooled exhaust gas calorimeter, shell and coil type to study the heat lost to exhaust gases. Multichannel digital temperature indicator for measuring inlet & outlet temperatures of exhaust gases and water.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• The comprises of air cooled petrol engine provided with rope brake dynamometer. Rope brake is water cooled. Temperatures are measured by a digital temperature indicator. Various measurements provided enable to determine B. H. P., fuel and air intake & brake thermal efficiency, at various loads.
